Sweet, Satisfying Monday {Giveaway Winner}

Welcome to Monday, here at my hangout in the Blogosphere! Monday's are the day I randomly share slices of life from the previous week- and miscellaneous musings in general. I hope and trust you all had a wonderful Mother's Day. But a word for those of you who may have mixed feelings about this day, as I was reminded of by a sweet friend. So often are lives are colored by our experiences, whether dark colors or light. But the Lord, brings all into His glorious light for the purpose of healing, restoration, hope, and fullness of life. He misses nothing. He truly can do new things in the hearts of those who seek Him. He restore brokenness to beauty. I know, he did it for me. He can do it for you. Be encouraged and not discouraged over things past but look to Him and seek His face. He will restore, redeem and refresh you in His love. Whatever it is that is has wounded or marred  your concept of Motherhood can be transformed by His grace. Rejection, neglect, abandonment, abortion, abuse...seek Him for answers. He is able. Let Him touch you with forgiveness, mercy and love. He longs to do a new thing in each of us.

But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the LORD, 'because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.'

My hubby's fingernails were only dirty because as a
Senior Manager at Lowes during Spring Season,
he feels a high calling to check every
single plant to make sure each one is watered!
 Hence dirt under the nails.
He does clean them, honest!
